Siondo has been designed by small and medium-sized businesses for small and medium-sized businesses. Its broad capabilities, generic design, and endless adaptability match almost any business of any size in any industry. Siondo software is currently used by a huge variety of different individuals and companies for a number of uses and suits retailers, distributors, manufacturers, e-commerce businesses and businesses selling services or information.

 

What do I need to run Siondo?

Siondo software is completely Internet-based. All you need to run Siondo is a PC or MAC with a Web browser and an Internet connection. Siondo software works best with Microsoft® Internet Explorer®, Safari®, Mozilla Firefox® or Google® Chrome. Just open your browser, login and go - anytime and from anywhere.

 

Is Siondo suitable for small companies?

Yes. Siondo has been designed by small companies for small companies. If you're a Sole Trader or a Limited Company with only a few staff members, or perhaps you work on your own, then it's even more important to have systems in place to keep on top of all the jobs that you do. Siondo is designed to make your business more efficient by dealing with jobs automatically, freeing your time up for growing your business.

 

Is Siondo suitable for companies with many employees?

Siondo works for a ?one person band? as well as for companies with multiple branches, departments, and employees. All your business information is available at all times to you and to every user to whom you have given system access. It is easy to model and change your company structure and to add new users. Every action and transaction is tagged with user and date information to make tracking and sharing easy. The task manager is ideal for keeping on top of delegation, and role-specific user dashboards provide an instant snapshot of all key business indicators. Will my company outgrow Siondo?

No. Siondo is designed with free scalability and adaptability. This means you will not be charged extra when your business grows. There is no limit to the number of products, users or transactions that can take place in a day. However, we are experienced with bespoke work for particular clients and are more than happy to discuss any requirements that you may have.

 

How soon can I be up and running?

Siondo has no lead times. Once you have chosen the right Siondo software for you and have signed up on our website, you receive your login details and can start using your Siondo instantly. There is no software to install, no incompatibility issues, and no stress.

 

Can I move from my existing software?

Yes, switching is simple. Siondo attracts users from a number of backgrounds, and as such we have made it as easy as possible to import your existing data. You can import your contacts and products from any software package that will give you a xls or csv file format. We do not import your accounting information, you will have create a closing trial balance and have this as your opening trial balance in Siondo accounts. Can I customise Siondo software?

Siondo software can be fully customised to suit your changing business requirements, and SiondoERP is easily configured to comply with International business legislation and taxation. Soon, we will be launching an easy switching wizard.

 

Does Siondo software handle multi-currency transactions?

Yes, for example, SiondoERP automatically updates all global exchange rates on a daily basis. You can easily set your default company currency, buy and sell in any currency, and assign customers, suppliers and products with foreign currency prices. SiondoERP automatically tracks your currency gains and losses and books these to the correct bookkeeping accounts. Daily exchange rate feeds are provided by XE.COM INC.

 

Does Siondo integrate with my email?

Currently SiondoERP does not integrate directly with your email; you will need to continue using Outlook or a similar program. Shortly, we will be adding a full Outlook email integration, and Siondomail is planned for early 2009. With Siondomail, you will be receiving standard e-mail addresses, inboxes and forwarding as part of the package.

 

How much training will I need?

We have designed Siondo software to be as intuitive as possible, but as with any powerful system it is recommended that you have a minimum of training to get the most from it. On our website, you will find all the online training and support documentation you need. We will shortly be introducing an interactive wizard tool which will guide you through all system transactions and actions step-by-step.

 

How much does it cost?

Siondo is broken down into various modules which are priced individually. SiondoERP is currently priced at £60 per month. This includes access for unlimited users and 1GB of free Web space to store your data. Additional Web space upgrades may be purchased on demand and are charged monthly in advance (£2.50 per 500MB per month). All prices are recurring and inclusive of taxes. How do I pay for my Siondo?

All Siondo prices are charged monthly, quarterly, or annually in advance. When your free trial period expires, you will need to log into your dedicated ?My Account? section, activate your account, confirm your preferred billing plan and enter your payment details. Siondo currently accepts all major credit and debit cards, as well as Paypal®. Once you have entered all required details, we will automatically debit your card or account through a secure payment gateway with the first payment. At the end of each billing period you will then receive a notification that your card or account is due to be billed for the upcoming period.

 

Do I have to pay for upgrades?

No. Siondo software is updated regularly as we add functionality. This is all included in your monthly fees. No more periodic upgrades for which you have to pay extra.

 

What if my Web space runs out?

Whenever you login to your Siondo software and/or your dedicated ?My Account? section, you will see an indicator that tells you how much Web space is currently in use and how much space is still available to you and to all your users. We will always notify you when you only have 10% of Web space left. To add more Web space, simply login to ?My Account? and use the Disk Space panel to add more Web space. You and your users will still be able to access and use Siondo when 100% of your Web space has been used. You cannot enter any new records or transactions until you purchase additional Web space or free up existing Web space.

 

What about support?

We provide you with all the support and training documentation you?ll ever need. Siondo software includes free standard support which allows you to submit support queries to our support team. You can do this from within the ?My Account? section. Using the integrated support ticketing system is the best and most efficient way to receive support from the Siondo team. There is also live chat support available at siondo.com or simply send an email to support@siondo.com.

 

How do I cancel my Siondo agreement?

Unless you cancel your Siondo subscription, Siondo will continue to debit your credit/debit card or account at the end of each billing period for the next period. You can cancel your Siondo subscription anytime in your My Account area, but must do so seven days prior to the next billing date to avoid being charged for the next and then final period. How secure is my data with Siondo?

Security is a ?big? thing at Siondo. We host all our websites and online applications in SAS 70 Type II certified data centers and have security measures in place to help protect against the loss, misuse, and alteration of your data. Authenticated according to the most rigorous industry standards, Siondo uses VeriSign© to ensure that your data is safe, secure, and available only to you. Siondo?s websites and online applications are now tested and certified daily to pass the McAfee Secure© security Scan.

 

How reliable is access to Siondo?
